RETURN & EXCHANGE

Each piece is customized, one of a kind, and made upon request, therefore returns are not accepted. All sales are final.

Painted Thingz does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns because our products are specifically customized.

The customer has 3 days from the delivery date to formally notify Painted Thingz of any problems (misspelled, color, broke, etc.) with purchase including photos of the damage.

Painted Thingz will determine the authenticity of the problem and refund the customer 10% of the finalize price if the damage is legitimate. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Painted Thingz is not responsible for damages caused during shipping.

Painted Thingz reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy due to individual scenarios.
Exceptions
Mistakes
If there is a mistake with the purchase (misspelling, wrong color, wrong symbol, etc.), the customer must notify Painted Thingz within 24 hours of its delivery by email (PaintedThingz@gmail.com), including a picture of the mistake. The mistake will be evaluated by Painted Thingz, and a determination will be made if the mistake can be fixed or categorized as damaged. The customer will be notified once the determination is made, in which case the customer can send the item back to Painted Thingz for replacement with proof of their shipping cost. Then the customer's shipping cost will be reimbursed.
Damages
If an item arrives damaged or broken, the customer must notify Painted Thingz within 24 hours of its delivery by email (PaintedThingz@gmail.com), including a picture of the damage. The damage will be evaluated by Painted Thingz, and a determination will be made if the damage warrants replacement. The customer will be notified once the determination is made, in which case the customer can send the item back to Painted Thingz for replacement with proof of shipping cost. Then the customer's shipping cost will be reimbursed.
