Shipping

Processing Time (from paid invoice): 1-8 weeks to complete (depending on custom specifications, product availability, and order quantity).
Shipping Time: generally 3-5 business days or 3-5 weeks for international shipping.
Expedited Shipping: available but cost(s) not included in the final cost of purchase, and are the responsibility of customer.
Standard shipping costs apply on each order and the total fee will vary depending on the number of items in the customer's order.
Our inventory fluctuates and can impact and/or delay the customer's ship date.
Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is fully processed. This email will include tracking details that will reflect updated tracking information within 24-48 hours.
Occurrences out of our control can delay the shipping process and delivery of the customer's purchase.

International Shipping

We provide international shipping for any APO address. Shipping cost varies depending on the number of items purchased

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders of 12 or more are typically shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery.
This length of shipping time does not include Production Time.
Official length of time will be determined on an order-by-order basis

Special Requests

Shipping my take longer for Special Request order due to inventory availability. Customers will receive regular communication on their order's Production Time from beginning to end.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned for any reason, Painted Thingz will make one attempt to rectify the problem with 3 business days. After that, it will be processed according to the return policy. The customer will have to pay the cost of shipping to have it package resent.
